Surveyor® is an innovative energy management system that harnesses Internet technology to reduce energy waste and find savings opportunities. Surveyor allows the user to easily control equipment at thousands of locations across a corporate network, while monitoring environmental conditions and system performance.

Each Surveyor system communicates with a central server via a network connection. Hardware is controlled remotely and security features can be enabled to prevent staff from setting equipment to inappropriate levels. Programmable hardware and custom logic maintain comfort while reducing overall energy consumption. Diagnostic features monitor equipment operating parameters and identify potential maintenance issues. Exception reports help reduce energy waste.
